Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is for anyone interested in learning the foundations of healthy eating, and why specific dietary decisions can create varying effects on our physical and mental health. My clients will learn how to add the healing benefits of “clean eating” to their lives, allowing them to gain valuable insights into how to support their own health and well-being.

Do I have any required reading material?

My clients are not required to do any additional reading, however; I offer many useful reading suggestions that may complement the coaching experience.

Do I have to come into the office for coaching?

It isn’t necessary to come in to the office. Virtual and phone sessions are an available option, however; I believe nothing beats the one on one coaching experience.
